For the past 3 or 4 weeks Les and me have been spending all of our spare time at Snakes and Lattes, Toronto’s rad board game cafe. In that time we’ve learned and played nearly 30 games!

Leslie and me are starting our drive to Los Angeles this weekend and I’ve been so anxious and stressed and panicked, board games have been the one thing that have been calming me down.

Leslie has been the biggest dream with this moving process. I’m still doing storyboards while she’s packing and dealing with me screaming and shaking at my desk.

I can’t wait to get to Los Angeles but hoo boy I’m not good at this!

In only a couple days Les and I have played K2, Lost Cities, Hive, and played Ankh Morpork (four times!), Master Labyrinth (whatta whiff), and Power Grid with Brian Fukushima.

It’s been the BEST.
